Introduction: Dr. Sally Stephenson is a professor of Education at Frostburg State University in the U.S. She has made many trips to China, both as a visiting scholar at Hunan Normal University and Hunan University of Commerce, and also as a student of Chinese music. She is currently studying the erhu, a Chinese stringed instrument. Her topic will focuses on understanding and respecting differences between cultures.
